Island Grove Guitars
Founded by a guitar collector and a furniture maker, Island Grove Guitars is a custom luthier located on the southern shores of Lake Simcoe in Georgina Ontario. We build one-of-a-kind guitars featuring stunning live edge hardwoods found locally or from high-quality CITIES certified sources around the world.
Live edge guitar bodies come from large trees that provide a very wide surface to work with. Generally live edge wood is reserved for tabletops, but wood that otherwise might be too small for a dining surface can make a stunning guitar body.
