The clear and simplified form of the basic beginner’s model is a result of our workshop`s history:
In Isidor Teller`s workshop, around 1900, the apprentices started carving forms that were technically less demanding. As their skills increased, they worked their way up to the more complex forms of kidneys and hearts.
