Acoustic Guitars
For over 30 Years Connors Music has been the preferred local source for acoustic guitars; it's one of our "fortes." At one point Paul Connors even toyed with the idea of calling the store "the Flat Top Shop!"
Not only do we offer great instruments at competitive prices; we provide unparalleled service at no extra charge with every acoustic guitar we sell!*
Connors Music has a tradition of partnering with companies that offer great value and work co-operatively with us to make sure that you, the customer, have an enjoyable experience when purchasing an acoustic guitar. Ibanez, Epiphone, Cort, and Beaver Creek Guitars each have something unique to offer. Below are some featured instock guitars that we think you should come in and try...
Larrivee Acoustic Guitars
Jean Larrivée set out in 1967 to make some of the finest guitars in the world. Many believe he is already there. While the
company started out in Toronto, Jean and his family currently operate out of two facilities located in Vancouver,
BC and Oxnard, Cali. Currently the 02 & 03 satin lines are built in Canada while shiney 05's, 09's, 10's, 50's & 60's are built in the USA.
In 2006 Larrivée started building high end mandolins and more recently high end electric guitars. Connors Music is very excited to join Larrivee
network of dealers to bring these guitars to you so you can experience them for yourself.
Epiphone AJ220S
Connors Music is proud to stock this quality solid-top acoustic guitar by Epiphone. It’s classic look,
comfortable neck and warm tone is sure to make it a customer favourite! See the video for more
information and pricing!
Ibanez AW250
Every year when our favourite brands (Ibanez, Epiphone, Cort, and Beaver Creek) release new models our sales staff
excitedly awaits the first shipment the way a young child anticipates opening presents early Christmas morning. This year
has given us some great gifts, one of them being the new Ibanez AW250. Featuring a solid cedar top, mahogany sides and back,
rosewood fingerboard and bridge, beautiful wood rosette, dovetail neck joint, Grover machine heads, bone nut and saddle,
a low gloss finish on the neck, a natural low gloss on the body and resonating tone that rivals guitars three to four times
the price. Enough said, come in and try one (as soon as we get more in stock!)
Cort SFX5
When the goal is to achieve a guitar that is ultra-comfortable to play, will have enjoyable tone and could be the same
guitar that you take on stage the Cort SFX5 may be the guitar. Features include a solid sitka spruce top, mahogany arched
back and side, a modern V-shaped mahogany neck, abalone rosette, and a Fishman Presys Sonicore Pickup. Currently in stock
in a stunning blue finish!
Beaver Creek BCTD102 Acoustic Guitar
This guitar could well be Canada's National campfire guitar. It boasts great playability and surprising tone considering
its low price and the fact that it has a laminate spruce top and mahogany sides and back. The "piece de resistance"
is the laser cut Maple Leaf inlays that surround the sound hole.
