Since 1978, Connors Music has provided music instruction for children & adults, with flexible programs which allow you to pursue your individual interests, while learning theory & technique on the instrument of your choice.

Rock Band Program
For those interested in learning to play with other musicians, we offer group sessions so we can introduce musicians to playing ensemble
arrangements as a band.
Our basic group band program is a fun introduction for students wanting to play in a group environment. The group runs on an alternating schedule with their private instruction lessons. One week, the student goes for a one hour group session, the other week, a half hour private lesson.
For students who are ready to take a serious look at starting a band, our advanced band program, "Join-a-Band", runs weekly for an hour and a half and puts more focus on songwriting, recording, performance skills, using online media and operating a band in the music industry as a career.
Choir Program
Connors Music will be resuming our Choir program this coming September. First class is Saturday, September 10th,
and runs from 11:00am-12:00pm. The program is offered for kids ages 13 and under. It is free for all students or siblings
of students of the music store, otherwise it is $30.00 per month.

~NEW~ Adult Vocal Group
Connors Music will be starting an adult vocal group in September on Wednesday nights from 7:00pm - 8:00pm every week.
The class will include learning various vocal exercises, breathing techniques and, of course, singing some good songs.
The cost is $40.00 per month, which includes the hour class every week (flat rate). No re-books will be offered for missed
classes, maximum 12 adults per class. Also know that adults with children can sign their kids up for Choir on Saturday

~NEW~ DO-RE-MI
DO-RE-MI is an introduction to music group class for young children aged 3-5. 6 week class costs $30. Please call the store for details on upcoming classes. To sign up, please call the music store at 905-476-3712 for details on upcoming classes.
Rates & Policies
Students pay a registration fee of $94 per month. This is based on a flat-rate average, dividing the year into 12 equal payments.
There are no lessons offered during the Christmas school holidays as well as the March Break... These holidays have been factored into the flat rate.
In the event that you cannot make your lesson time, we do allow make up lessons for cancellations as long as 24 hours notice ahead of the lesson time has been given. It is the responsibility of the family to rebook their lesson within 4 weeks of the missed lesson and we cannot guarantee that the rebooked lesson will be with your regular instructor.
Payment Options:
- Post-dated cheques (on a date of the month of your choosing)
- Automated Monthly Withdrawal (on the 1st or the 21st of the month)
- Credit Card left on file for monthly billing (on the 1st of the month)
Additional practice time can be arranged in our lesson rooms at no additional cost for students who need to use our pianos or drum sets.

Jayme Lynn Reed is a 16 year-old singer who plays guitar and sings mostly country music. She has been taking music lessons through Connors Music since she was 10 and has "truly enjoyed and appreciated every moment spent there!" Bernadette has been her vocal instructor for 6 years and she has also had great instructors such as, Kaitlyn Johnston, Joe, and John Connors. Jayme is a "Connors Music Street Team Member" and an active member of the community, performing and hosting open mics to create performance opportunities for other up and coming young talent. She also has taken an interest in teaching music to young children.
